We usually process all orders within 24 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday)
An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us, postage times may vary
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class. We aim to deliver the majority of your items within 3-4 working days, although there can be delays*
*delays in shipping can occasionally occur whilst in transit with Royal Mail - please be patient. If your delivery is more than 5 days from dispatch, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are sure you’ll love your purchases from us, but if you don’t any item can be returned within the returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. If you are returning a garment, please do not wash it first. We will then be more than happy to make a refund. This will go onto the card used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
Should you wish to make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you full instructions on how to send your return.
Please note, fees for postal services are payable by you and will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select. Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can only be responsible for your parcel when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit can not be treated as returned.

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 10 working days to fulfill your request. When we have processed your returned parcel, assuming you have provided your email address, we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
If you do not receive our email confirmation within 14 days of sending your return to us, please contact us on 020 8062 2850 (Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm).
We work hard to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, however, on rare occasions our customers may receive a faulty item. If you have identified a fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange, or refund. Please let us know about the fault so we can make ensure other items are not affected. We will happily refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
If a fault develops outside of the 30-day return period, or the item is difficult to package and return, please contact us on 020 8062 2850 (Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm)., or via email on email@example.com before you return the item so we can discuss the fault with you and agree on the best way to proceed. Please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have a right to return the following or cancel your order in respect of: products that are made to your unique specification or that are personalised for you, such as items bearing your name, initials, or products sealed for health protection, or hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.
Items that cannot be returned include:
Toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken
Lingerie & swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed (returns will be accepted if the items still have the protective strip, original tags in place and is unworn)
Earrings (if seals have been removed)
